I'm trying to use the generator scripts to produce a footprint for Texas' RGY/R-PVQFN-N20 used here, on page 42:

Also note the pin number assignments. Is there a way to do that?

I don't think our script supports that. I see two issues:

  1. Pin 1 isn't the top pin on the left column.
  2. The X and Y pin pitch is different.

While certainly it would be possible to script this, there are so few of these footprints compared with standard QFNs that it's a low priority.

You could generate this footprint using the script with a full pin count at 0.5mm pitch and then remove the few pins you don't need and renumber the remaining pads. But since is a quite specific package with a well-detailed footprint design, making it by hand exactly to the datasheet and using a Texas_ prefix is likely the best way to go.
