Il titolo mi sembra già esaustivo: la classe sortable non sembra essere considerata da mobile.
Ho il netto sospetto che il relativo JavaScript non sia caricato da mobile.

Ho fatto un test su UmbraWiki: mettere la Timeless risolverebbe anche questo problema
