After fresh install, there is no desktop option in settings

I've had a sound issue a while, and today I decided reinstall the OS. So, I got back my audio card now, but there is no desktop option for dock, workspaces etc. at the gnome-control-center this time. It's so frustrating.
I did clean install with the official pop raspi-img (7) in the pop.system76.com. Also, I've checked shasum256. After the issue I tried reinstall pop-cosmic, pop-shell, libpop-desktop-widget, gnome-control-center etc., but none of this moves worked. I hope there is a solution.
