Ideas on a rework of the installation script?

I don't entirely know how i'd do this yet, but i want to start a rework of almost the entire installation script so that it would end up being similar to the archinstall script where you have a lot of options to choose from before clicking install for then it just does everything from there.

An advantage of this is that it would be easier to see what you want before installing and future changes shouldn't be as confusing as the current install method. I'd also try to implement a bit more customization in the install setup so for example if people want to edit the packages in custom_apps.sh they would be able to right in the installer.

This would take a while to make with a lot of bug testing so i'd like to know if anyone else was interested/wants for this to exist!
