• The first issue is with the "Vote For" heading level one (h1) that has rotating text. It is missing a space after the word "for", which can be seen when turning the page styles off.
• The next issue is you skip from a heading level one (h1) - "Ways to Register" to heading level three (h3). My guess is it should be a heading level two (h2), since you already have a heading level one (h1) on the page.
• The final issue on this page is the logos at the bottom of the page do not need the word "LOGO" in the ALT text. The logos/links in question are "USA.gov", "PresidentialInnovationFellow.gov", and "GSA.gov" because it is going to the website and not the logo. If this were only an image of the logos, then it should have the word "logo" as part of the ALT text.

This is going to be affected by the changes to resolve 18F/vote-2016#1 I believe.
