Compatibility Issue with Microsoft IME in Korean

Summary

Last Korean charater duplicating issue

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Type a sequence of Korean characters.
2. Move the cursor to anywhere(e.g., click or use arrow keys).
3. Observe that the last character is duplicated.

Expected result

The last typed Korean character will be duplicated.

Actual result

I got same result for more than thousand times.
