The Material Variant Filled is not what was expected

Hi,

Good Day!

I saw that v3 has reached EOL, so I reviewed and checked the v4 version. I have checked it before and had run some test but wasn't able to focus because of a work project.

When I was testing this before when material design became available the output when using the variant filled is the below:

However, when I initialize a new project and utilize the material design again the variant filled is as shown below:

I wanted the first output where only the bottom border is visible.

Also, I am using npm v. 20.17.0 but getting the below warning on the package

I hope you can help me on this.
