Converting pyarrow.float32() values to pandas leads to weird printing #18

Rounded numbers with only a few decimal places suddenly become many more decimal places, e.g.:

pa.array([23.8], type=pa.float32()).to_pandas()
#> 0    23.799999
#> dtype: float32

This problem does not exist with pyarrow.float64(), consider moving to higher precision.
