хочется статусы ответов на все user запросы в rating-api, в print-api

мотивация: сейчас мы мониторим статусы ответов, грепая их из логов контейнеров
хочется по приборам сразу видеть кол-во 4хх и 5хх на сервисах и быстро чинить, эта задачка сильно ускорит мониторинг
