Model Choice of Law

The Ulex OS would serve users better if it came with an integrated suite of compatible apps, so to speak. Here's a draft clause for them to add to their contracts:

Model Ulex Choice of Law Clause: Ulex governs exclusively any claim or question arising under or related to this Contract. The Parties represent and warrant that their choice gives them substantial connections to Ulex, that they have a reasonable basis for choosing that law, and that no other authority has a materially greater interest in the application of its law to the Contract.

It is not yet clear just how best to bundle it with Ulex proper. It probably does not belong with the rules, nor even (like criminal law), as an optional module for adoption.
