Model choice of forum clause

As with the proposed model choice of law, here's a draft choice of forum clause for Ulex-compatible contracts:

Model Ulex Choice of Forum Clause: Any claim or question arising under or related to this Contract shall be resolved a Forum hereby designated by the Parties to the agreement: [insert name of chosen forum]; else a Forum designated by separate contract of the Parties with each other or a third party; else a Forum provided by the Ulex Foundation; else the most recent Forum to decide a Ulex claim or question, else JAMS in Orange County, California.

That one's pretty ugly, granted, but so it must remain unless and until a true Ulex court gets up and running (wherein "true" means "online, sure, but with responsible and knowledgeable people in charge").
