There is not yet evidently anything in the civil law to match the common law's Restatements. How, then, could Ulex be made more usable for Europeans and others unaccustomed to the common law?

One place where Ulex could be made more international: Using the UN's "Convention for the International Sale of Goods" (CISG) in place of the ALI's "Restatement (2d) Contracts" (the default rule in Ulex v. 1.1).

The CISG is not a perfect substitute for the R. (2d) of Contracts, though, and the change, while perhaps a graceful touch, would still leave Ulex very common-law-based.
