[Bug]: There is no validation on the format/content of the LDAP bind credentials configuration file

Describe the bug

The file can contain invalid and/or missing keys, and the logic for zot validating the config does not complain.

To reproduce

Use an invalid structure (missing or extra keys) in the LDAP credentials file, and reference it in a zot config file.
Then run zot verify <config_file_path>. This should fail, but it is not in the current implementation.
