Project calico/api for the entreprise version

Hi Calico Team, can we have the projectcalico/api for the entreprise version. We have some policies missing like the tiers on the network policies.

Expected Behavior

We would like to have all the features for the entreprise version. The only work around right now is to change the group name and the version.

Current Behavior

When we try to apply the policies : the server could not find the requested resource (get networkpolicies.projectcalico.org)

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Install calico api server on an entreprise calico version
2. Install calico/api
3. See the issue
