Negative Value for windows_process_start_time

Problem Statement

Hi,

I encountered an issue where the value for windows_process_start_time is returning a negative number. Could you please clarify why this is happening and if there's any known fix for this?

• Windows Server Version: win11

I can confirm this. Seems that the new Performance Counter V2 works in bit differently in that context and I was not aware of that.

I have to deliver a fix, its an bug in the exporter.
