[ISSUE]: HDD loading freezes PS2

Describe the issue

Latest beta release OPNPS2LD-v1.2.0-Beta-2172-0032c50 seem to have broken HDD initialization. PS2 freezes trying to initialize HDD when HDD initialization is set to auto. Deleting config and trying to load games off of external USB also freezes at "loading config". Last working version I was using was 21xx(i don't remember and stupidly deleted it everwhere when copying this new beta).

Same thing's happening with SMB, sadly.

OPL Beta 1.2.0 2169 SMB (run_1889) - works well
OPL Beta 1.2.0 2171 SMB (run_1894) - freezes on logo

OPL Beta 1.2.0 2169 USB (run_1889) - works well
OPL Beta 1.2.0 2171 USB (run_1894) - black screen after launching games

Same for me - the latest version I have is OPL Beta 1.2.0 2169 and I have no problems here. 2172 hangs on startup - I have it set to mount the hdd on OPL startup.
