Problem: it is difficult to understand the implications of news stories and govt documents without context where they took place

Solution: pin to the map places that new stories took place with hyperlinks to the source material

Alt: store and link the docs that have a Public interest and allow people to use our map or others to make sense of it in context

Additional context: Screenshot of new story declaring release of Public Inquiry

Is this similar to #46?

I suppose it could be

And then there's this utility in between: https://askpedru.com/legal-notice

Essentially, pinning stories/ filings to the map to bring context to the happening

Closing as we have the ability to do this already. @marlonrodrigues please reopen with specific details if the pin notes is not working as expected.
