Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Goa has several historic sites under various levels of protection. The most important being the Old Goa UNESCO site. We should add any official maps from UNESCO or ASI to this layer.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add a 'Heritage Sites' layer with the Old Goa UNESCO map.

Better source might be from Bhuvan https://bhuvan-app1.nrsc.gov.in/culture_monuments/ . This seems to match the protected lines in the UNESCO map
