Monthly sendout - specific day of the week selection

Currently, for sending a recurring mailing per month you can select the option to choose a day number (1 to 31).

A client has asked me to send out a mailing every first Saturday of the month. By the looks of it that is not possible right now with the options we have in Campaign, so I have to define it per month manually.

Adding an option to be able to select a day of the week for the monthly mailer (including the week index - 1-5) would be very helpful.

So for example:

1 Month - Sunday - 3 -> would send a mailer on the third Sunday of every month.
2 Months - Wednesday - 1 -> would send a mailer on the first Wednesday of every other month.
