Document how the website is being generated

Every time there is a git push to this repository, the website is refreshed automatically on the server. This repo has callbacks set up, and the web server has a script that does git pull after receiving a callback.

It would be nice to have this process documented, both for reference and for learning. (@ricco386 already has this on his personal to do list, yay!) 😃
