Release v0.7.10

Latest, updated version of pymzML 0.7.x representing the first generation of pymzML.

Bioinformatics revision

With this release we move from 0.7.x to 2.0.0. We introduced a lot of API changes so old code that is based on "MS:00000" xml name-tags will fail. However, one can still download the 0.7.x via pip or via the 0.7 branch here on github.

We recommend to move to pymzML 2.0.0 as it offers multiple advantages compared to our old version.
