Reason for request

Hi there,

I just wanted to update a package on pypi and I do not have access to my old university account. I wanted to change the email, but this is not possible due to the fact that I am not able to verify my email. My old universtiy account is disabled. I am not sure how to change this. Could you please help me with the matter?
