Now that Pyrra supports disabling Alerts via the config, we should not show the table "Multi Burn Rate Alerts" table on the detail page. All values will be pointless.

Another option is to show the table and somehow grey it out, as a sort of "disabled" state with a message to enable alerting. Maybe we can encourage users to use the alerts.
