freetds module does not support the tds version option

and requires a freetds.conf entry for each connected DB - otherwise you get: TDS-CLIENT-ERROR: client message 44, severity 78: Server name not found in configuration files.

for some reason this is working on centos * stream with freetds 1.1.20 but not on ubuntu 20.04 or 21.04 with 1.1.6 and 1.2.3, respectively

leaving this issue open in case it might be possible to programmatically override the tds version level for ad hoc connections, however the issue has been worked around with a default freetds.conf file in Docker images using tds version auto
