Create a page allowing tests execution. Currently it's possible to run a test (qtest and java) from the directory view, but there is no way to pass parameters, so we need to create a page where all tests available in the project are shown and users can run them and also pass parameters.

For running java tests: #468

  • IDE page for tests
  • add support for parameters to test execution
  • add support for running Python tests

also consider adding a new category called tests to the hierarchy view, where we have interfaces and instances
