Per @Jstauth and @CaptainKanuk suggestions:

Remove the section of "All positions ever held" in the positions tear sheet. This was questionably useful in the first place.
Reorder the tear sheets so that the returns and risk tear sheets come first, as they're the most important.

Remove printing of all positions which can be a lot and pollutes the outputs. #554
