Nevermind, I found an alternative to HyperSwitch after all. It's called AltTab. It's default settings aren't what HyperSwitch does, but it's highly configurable.

@ryankhart that is unfortunately normal for an app that lost its signature. You will have to remove all the permissions you gave to the previous version. Then start this new one and it will properly ask / trigger the permissions again.

I never had a previous version, but it's okay. I'm liking "AltTab" better anyway.
