Currently, unit tests are disabled as they do not work as expected. This must be fixed in a separate PR.

The unit test contain skip_if_not_fileio_available() function which was removed from hyperSpec in r-hyperspec/hyperSpec#10. Future faulures in R CMD check might be related to this removal.
