Is it possible to put the button into the address bar, similar to the native reader icon, using pageAction? #184

i could have sworn that in the past there was an option to put the extension icon in the url bar, but i may have just been mixing it up with the native button

I would also love this. I'm currently just using about:config to hide the original one, and pinned this one to the toolbar. But I still have a lot of muscle memory telling me to goto the address bar first. Plus, it would keep my toolbar a little cleaner (which I generally struggle with).
