the ordering of the "how do i" articles seems random and makes navigating them unnecessarily hard

currently the "how do i" articles appear to be sorted by the filenames of the actual adoc files or something. this should be improved to at least make them alphabetical by question.

perhaps a better organization would be by theme or some other grouping, but i think this will take some planning.

the ordering is now in basic alphabetical order based on the title text. this is not ideal, but it's a step in the right direction
