[chalkboard] no palm rejection on Wacom touchscreens #186

I'd like to use chalkboard on my new teaching laptop which has a Wacom AES touchscreen.

Unfortunately, the chalkboard plugin is not usable for this case, because it does not have palm rejection and will create lines all over the screen.

Is there a way to add palm rejection if a stylus is used?
