In the config.yml (or in a separate file intended for this purpose), it would be possible to set phrases and corresponding responses. It could also be configured to specify which role a user must have for the bot to respond
Example: {user} asks a question in panel modal, bot creates a ticket and automatically responds to it

Hey, thank you for the suggestion. While this isn't necessarily a task for a ticket bot, I can understand the possible benefits of automatically answering some frequently asked questions and also by checking the responses in the ticket open embed which you probably cannot achieve using other bots.
I might consider adding it in the future when I get to it.
