        Strongly correlated fermions in the group of <a target='blank' href="https://theorie.ikp.physik.tu-darmstadt.de/fermions/">Jens Braun</a>.
        Development and application of stochastic numerical methods (mainly Hybrid Monte Carlo and Complex Langevin) to study strongly correlated fermionic theories beyond the sign problem. The physical scenarios approached with these methods include the unitary Fermi gas in the presence of spin polarization as well as low-dimensional Fermi gases with spin and/or mass imbalance.
