Basically what the title says.
Ideally, if I check a checkbox and then uncheck it, it should not yell that I have unsaved changes anymore. However, with the way that the config is edited in different places and so on, I'm not sure how easy and worth it it would be to pull this off. Maybe its worth discussing how much this matters. 🤷‍♂️
