Product loading spinner appears and stays when invalid UUID entered

Description

When you enter a non-existent UUID in the "Load Existing Product" screen, the spinner will show up and won't go away.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Load Existing Storylines Product page
2. Enter a non-existent UUID
3. Notice the spinner appears, and doesn't go away after the UUID is determined to not be an existing product.

Expected behavior

Spinner disappears after the "Not a product" toast appears.

Actual behavior

Spinner doesn't disappear.
