Description

Not able to access the Edit/Remove button for an existing panel within a dynamic panel

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open any product
  2. Create a dynamic panel
  3. Within it create a new panel
  4. Notice that you cannot access the "Edit|Remove" button in the panel collection using your keyboard

Expected behavior

Should be accessible by keyboard

Actual behavior

Not accessible by keyboard
