Describe the bug
We need to let users know that the synthetic 3D notebook requires a 32GB GPU

Steps/Code to reproduce bug
User noticed this on Stack Overflow
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/64879009/memory-allocation-error-on-worker-0-stdbad-alloc-cuda-error/64881795#64881795

Expected behavior
It would not through errors or fail, just like it did on my RTX8000 and the GV100s

Additional context
Might be good for a community member to create a multi-gpu/larger-than-memory single gpu version
