Describe the problems or issues found in the documentation
Outputs of cell 10, 13 and a few others are incorrect. For example, output of cell 10 is file not found which is makes reading through the example confusing.

Steps taken to verify documentation is incorrect
Downloaded https://www1.ncdc.noaa.gov/pub/data/ghcn/daily/ghcnd-stations.txt manually and inspected it.

Suggested fix for documentation
Re-running the notebook in a fresh environment should solve the issue probably
