No command 'gulp' found

This is what happened after running ./INSTALL.sh

I then tried to run gulp watch and got ' No command 'gulp' found'

Checking Nodejs & NPM are installed...
Installing nodejs npm ...
./INSTALL.sh: line 50: brew: command not found
Installed! Moving on...
Installing Gulp globally...
sudo: npm: command not found
Installing basic gulp tasks...
./INSTALL.sh: line 79: npm: command not found
./INSTALL.sh: line 80: npm: command not found
