Button leds

do you mind if i ask what button leds do you? afaik your controller is completely powered by the usb and your buttons look bright and homogeneus

Hi,
I just used the cheap white LEDs which came with the buttons, so I don't really know much about them. They are driven by the 20mA constant current sources of the Shinsanwa switches.
The picture might be a bit misleading since it was taken in bright light, in more dim environments the buttons illumination is more uneven with a bright spot in the center.

ooh i see, i was using a 12v power supply and some resistors to power my button leds that are 6.7v, but since i now only use the usb to power my con, they look dimmer now, ofc i'm not using the resistors anymore, but yeah that's just an anecdote, thanks for the answer!!
