[Acqua] Notification when it's time to drink

Description

Right now when it's time to drink water again the only indicator is (if enabled) the empty water drop in the menu bar. If I have to remember to look at it to drink, then I might as well remember to drink by myself. I think a push notification or something would be useful and helpful.

Who will benefit from this feature?

Anyone who when is focused on a task doesn't remember to look at the menu bar to check if it's water time :)
