Installed 1.5.1 Service dont restart

I, so I updated to 1.5.1 today and that went well, until the Homebridge service should restart. It didnt. The log says it does find the HueBridge but I need to press the button but since the Homebridge never gets going it doesnt help, does it? I pressed that many times now.... :-)

I've tested the Bridge discovery and it seems to be working fine. You should see log entries similar to the following:

[4-3-2017 16:05:33] [Hue] Link button not pressed. Press the link button on your Bridge to authenticate...
[4-3-2017 16:05:38] [Hue] New user created - Username: RlRpseUAXPsMlnLyHXfNPIMt-60MlX06QB5VwpP6
[4-3-2017 16:05:38] [Hue] Loading accessories...
[4-3-2017 16:05:38] [Hue] Loading sensors of Bridge with ID 001011XXXX0XX0X0...

Please note that you will have to add the username to your config to make sure you don't have to press the link button every time Homebridge starts.

Thanks, yes correct about usernamne and I havnt done that but will when i get this going.

So when I restart Hoobs when should I press the Hue bridge button? is it okay to do it after I get the message that the service hasnt started or do I have to be quick and press the button while the Hoobs is restarting?

You should press the link button when you see the following line in your log:

[4-3-2017 16:05:33] [Hue] Link button not pressed. Press the link button on your Bridge to authenticate...

The plugin will retry to authenticate every second. When you have pressed the link button you'll see the newly created username in your log. If you don't see the 'Link button not presed' there may be another problem that prevents Homebridge from starting. You may also share your config, there may be an error in your config. Please remove any secret credentials from your config before posting it here.
