Adding Genetic testing questions to clinical audit record

We would like to introduce some additional questions around genetic testing to the main clinical audit record. This would be from cohort 7.

Under Section 6. Tests, can the following be added (after the MRI questions):
Has Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS) been requested? - Yes / No

• If 'Yes' is selected:
  Has the WGS result report been received? - Yes / No

• If 'Yes' is selected:
  Date of result report - data field

We are still finalising the wording, but wanted to start the discussion on if this would be possible?
