[Bug] Underline breaks on multi-line text in EPUB

Describe the bug

I'm experiencing an issue when applying underline to multi-line text in an EPUB using the library. When I try to apply it, the underline appears broken and is not applied consistently across all lines of text, as you can see in the image below.

How to reproduce?

1. Load an EPUB that contains text long enough to wrap across multiple lines.
2. Apply an underline to the text.
3. Observe that the underline is only applied to the last line, and the other lines do not have the underline.
