Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Currently courses aren't refreshed regularly. This is a pity, since every semester start the courses change. This means users have to /unkusss and /kusss to get their new courses.

Describe the solution you'd like
A automatic refresh of courses or a admin /reload - command.

@rechen-werk Which interval for polling the calendars for new courses would you suggest? Is once a week enough?
