There is a customer defect based on which this feature[MDSCacheUsageHigh alert] has been removed from 4.18 onwards until they get clarity on metrics need to be used to measure cache usage.

Design changed in 4.18, This will be an invalid test from 4.18. No alert will be generated for cache High Usage. https://issues.redhat.com/browse/DFBUGS-368

Skip ALL tests from below test file.
