It'd be nice if the README contained some lines on:

  • The requirement that a Meter resource be deployed in order for metering to work properly
  • How to get some debug output from the operator. E.g by modifying the pod spec in the ClusterServiceVersion and adding an environment variable like:
- name: QUARKUS_LOG_LEVEL
  value: DEBUG

Furthermore, some information on what to do w/ the additional resources as MeteringConfig, Reports etc. (see e.g. https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_amq_streams/2.6/html-single/deploying_and_managing_amq_streams_on_openshift/index#metering-resources-str) would be beneficial to many.
