Migrate auth off of MAS_SSO

MAS SSO authentication is going away, so we need to make sure Kafka cluster management calls switch to using the regular Red Hat SSO token.

In order for the migration to happen as smoothly as possible, we need to check which SSO to call by querying https://api.openshift.com/api/kafkas_mgmt/v1/sso_providers
