You should have mentioned yesterday!

Here's how I'd to this:

  1. Create a new scene in OBS
  2. Add your camera as a video source
  3. Create a text file with your text in. This text will be looped as it scrolls, so make sure you have lots of empty lines either at the start or end of the file...

  4. Add a Text (GDI+) source
  5. Configure the Text source a bit like this:

  6. Right click the Text source you added, and click "Filters"
  7. Add a "Scroll" filter, and configure it a bit like this:

  8. Scale/position your Text source so that it's horizontally centered, and fills 100% of the height of the scene

💥

That should be all you need to do!

Now you can setup a hot key or a cool transition effect and throw that sucker out at the end of an awkward Zoom chat.
