[Bug]: Creating a BOM with a "/" character in the name makes it impossible to edit

Describe the bug and the steps to reproduce it

I created a new BOM and it had a "/" character in the title. When I click on this, I'm presented with a blank page, rather than the normal page to edit the BOM.

Looks like the "/" is included in the Url and unescaped?
